Thursday's Card

Hi everyone! I realize Fathers Day is over, but I could not post this card because the person who it went to would have seen it. I Love, Love, Love this stamp. It is so easy to use. The name of this stamp is called " Thoughts of Father" and is on page 30 of the current Stampin' Up Catalog. I actually used this stamp set in my last Monday's Video with the Nestabilities. I can't believe this stamp set is retiring on June 30th. That's right you heard me - June 30th is the last time you can order it. And I will not be selling mine!!! :) I used Certain Celery card stock w/ a Cuttlebug embossing folder and then aged it a little with some Close to Cocoa ink. I then used Mellow Moss, Brocade Blue, More Mustard, and Close to Cocoa ink pads with a blender pen to color in my stamp imaged. I matted that on a piece of Chocolate Chip card stock and then matted it on a piece of Brocade Blue card stock. The greeting comes with this stamp set too. I stamped it with Brocade Blue ink and matted it on to a piece of Chocolate Chip card stock. I also distressed all the edges on everything with Close to Cocoa ink and a sponge.
